Returns and Exchange Policy

At Krogu, we are dedicated  to provide each and every Client with such an experience that makes them feel confident in their purchase. The pieces should be worn with happiness and joy. Therefore if for any reason You are not satisfied with the purchase please let us know and You will be able to return/exchange Your item based on our existing Return/Exchange policy.

Returns are allowed within 14 days from the purchase and exchanges 30 days from the purchase.

In the case of the damage, please let us know and we will do everything possible to repair your jewelry. We understand the significance of one of a kind and emotional attachment that often derives between the piece and wearer. Therefore contact us immediately and DO NOT take it to the local jeweler unless u were instructed from us to do so.

If You purchased Your item IN STORE You can bring it back to the store or You can also send it by mail.
